We want you to be satisfied! Please use this policy as a guide when returning merchandise to Pro Snow Sports.
Customers have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all online purchases. During that time a product can be returned to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Please allow for time in transit and an additional 48 hours following delivery to us for refund processing. Between December 15 and January 15 allow for up to five business days for processing due to high volume.
Items must be returned in "new" condition with all manufacturer tags and contents. Under no circumstances will a refund be given for merchandise that Pro Snow Sports deems has been used or damaged, unless the damage can be determined was due to shipping.
Please note that refund times for damaged products due to shipping issues will be significantly longer as Pro Snow Sports reserves the right to investigate the incident with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to several weeks.
Returning Your Merchandise
1. E-Mail us at sales@prosnowsports.com or call (610) 921-1011 to alert us of your return. Please include the reason for return in your e-mail and any other information you feel could help us serve you better in the future. Sorry, we cannot accept unauthorized returns!
2. Package contents securely to prevent damage during shipment.

Shipping Costs
Pro Snow Sports is not responsible for the cost of returning your shipment to us, unless you used expedited shipping with your original order. We will not refund shipping costs for products shipped via "Free" or "Standard" shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment to protect yourself. Pro Snow Sports is not responsible for returns lost in shipment.
Is Your Product Defective, and Outside The Return Period?
Don't hesitate to call us! We will assist all customers in getting necessary warranty service with products purchased through Pro Snow Sports. Sorry, if your item is out of warranty, we will likely not be able to assist you. We may be able to offer you other options, however.
